Vitamins for Tiredness Fatigue

Vitamins for Tiredness Fatigue
I don't know about you but as I have become older I can see my energy level's drain.  Now of course my kids go around most of the day like little energizer bunnies so I started doing a little research for vitamins for tiredness / fatigue.

When you start doing a search for these types of items you will be inundated with a bunch of junk.  These sites will promise you everything under the sun to take your hard earned cash.  I myself have tried a lot of different vitamins on the market spending over $100 a month to try USANA vitamins to the cheap Centrum vitamins.

I will tell you I did like the USANA vitamins and I have to tell you the quality can not be beat.  But when it comes to the price I just can't afford it and with all the news out there and no solid evidence on the benefits of the vitamins I just couldn't justify the price.  Who knows I might change my mind later on.

So my search continued to find the best vitamins for tiredness at a fair and reasonable price continued.  Well I stumbled on some vitamins that for around $10 a month provided me with all my needs plus had every ingredient I had been told that would energize me at pennies on the dollar compared to the USANA vitamins.

Here are the main ingredients for the vitamins:

Amino-blend: L-arginine, L-gLutamine, L-vaLine, L-Leucine, L-isoLeucine, L-cystine, L-Lysine, L-threonine. Viri-blend: Saw Palmetto, Powdered (Berries), Damiana, Powdered (Leaf), Korean Ginseng, Powdered (Root), Pygeum Africanum, Powdered (Bark), Gingko Biloba, Powdered (Leaf), Raw Oyster Concentrate, Nettles, Powdered (Leaf), Pumpkin Seed. Phyto-blend: Citrus Bioflavonoids (Fruit), Deodorized Garlic, Powdered (Bulb), Green Tea Powder, Grape Seed Extract (Vitis Vinifera) (Seed) (Standardized to 95% Polyphenols), Blueberry Powder, Pineapple Powder, Spinach Powder, Carrot Powder, Papaya Powder, Orange Fruit Powder, Spinach Powder, Elderberry Fruit Powder, Bilberry Fruit Powder, Black Currant Fruit Powder, Cauliflower Powder, Kale Powder, Brussels Sprouts Powder, Broccoli Powder, Apple Fruit Powder, Kiwi Fruit Powder, Grapefruit Powder.

Other Ingredients: Calcium, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate, Silica, Croscarmellose Sodium (Disintegrant), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Pharmaceutical Glaze.

I can't say that the vitamins gave me my kids energy but they did seem to help as I have been able to get more things since taking the vitamins.  When you check out the price read one of the hundred's of other reviews.  I am not the only one that this has helped with their tiredness.
