Measuring your fitness progress is very important to keep motivated. The only problem is most people use pounds to measure their progress when this is the worst measurement to use. Its that time of year again, but why not start today then waiting to the new year. Get started on a good exercise program like Power 90 by Tony Horton on Slim in 6 by Debbie Siebbers.
